How we work

Our Standard

We want to work with business owners whose aim has been to be the custodian of a discrete level of service for their customer base in a given market.  Because we are a small business ourselves, we are able to take particular care in selecting our portfolio.  Company leaders we’ve engaged with view us as capable, trustworthy, and committed.  We have come equipped with the same level of care for their clients as they have engendered over years of operation.

Acquisitions

The most common scenario for an acquisition has been for us to partner with owners who are seeking an exit that results in a sale.  The mechanics of this transaction are highly flexible and are oriented to the personalities involved and the desires of the owners and us, the acquiring entity.  

The selection process has to be complementary to both the owner and the investor.  We’re patient and selective when it comes to finding a small business to work with.
